Estimated amounts of actual expenses incurred by the Tour Operator upon cancellation of applications
You can cancel a booked and confirmed application at any time, subject to payment of the actual expenses incurred by us related to the fulfillment of obligations under the canceled application. Based on preliminary calculations made taking into account the obligations under contracts concluded by the Tour Operator with Service Providers, below is the approximate amount of our expenses that you must compensate us if you refuse the application. The approximate amount of expenses is indicated from the cost of the application to be paid to the Tour Operator.

The amount of actually incurred expenses from the hotel for the cancellation of confirmed applications for arrival dates in the period from 01/15/2024 to 02/28/2024 (holidays in Thailand) can reach 100%, regardless of how long before the start of the trip the cancellation was made.

- Correct full name and passport details of tourists must be entered into applications no later than 15 days before departure
- Changing data after issuing a ticket is possible with a fine of 100 euros per ticket, but no later than 24 hours before flight departure
- Ticket cancellations are subject to a 100% penalty after checkout

Cancellation TICKET ONLY
- Air tickets are non-refundable;
- Complete replacement of passenger data is possible free of charge, no later than 24 hours before flight departure;
- change of departure dates - on request.
All indicated costs are valid provided that at the time of cancellation of the application the flight program for the tour dates is current.
Replacing all tourists can be considered a new application. In this case, the receiving party has the right to remove confirmation from the application.
You can independently, up to two days before the start of the tour, correct errors in the application in passport data and spelling of last and first names of tourists in the agent’s personal account (relevant only for charter flights).
