On the first floor of the Central Wing, the gym overlooks the garden and pool. This extensive fitness zone features the latest equipment for building and toning all your muscles, including the one that beats in rhythm with your workout. Classes are another way to stay fit in both body and mind. Indoor or out, pumping up or calming down, Pullman Fit attendants are on hand for personalised training and guidance.

The sauna and Jacuzzi at Pullman Spa, located just next door, are there for a post-workout session. Because Pullman is all about exercising with vigour and winding down in style.

PULLMAN SPA

The pampering begins as soon as you walk through the doors. After checking in, you receive a healthy beverage, followed by a foot ritual with salts and fresh herbs. Then enter into the heart of the bamboo-lined sanctuary for even more bliss.

The 10 treatment rooms, including a VIP space, are hushed havens where expert hands soothe and invigorate. Couples especially adore the spa suite, a private retreat with rainshower, Jacuzzi and balcony. Pullman Spa uses products from Artistry™ – nature’s plant-based superstars amplified by science to deliver your healthiest-looking skin ever.

The spa menu features all the classic favourites: hot stone massages, aromatherapy, facials, beauty/grooming treatments. For a unique sensory experience, an all-over body scrub uses freshly ground Vietnamese coffee to improve circulation and reduce cellulite. Vietnamese rice and local milk is used for overall brightening and radiance.

At Pullman, guests can take their time. Fresh fruit and other nibbles extend the relaxation after your treatment. Because Pullman Spa has honed the art and science of relaxation.

Global adventurers never stop exploring and growing. That’s also the Pullman way. At Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort, learning is playful and discoveries mean fun.

Holistic health is a quintessential part of the Pullman spirit. That’s why we offer yoga classes designed by Pullman fitness ambassador Sarah Hoey, as well as tai chi and Tibetan breathing. For more vigorous courses, there’s HIIT (high-intensity interval training), aqua aerobics, zumba or paddleboarding.

During your holiday, opportunities arise for discovering the cuisine and culture of Vietnam. Local artisans lead classes on paper art, traditional dance, cooking with sticky rice and local herbs, and much more. Each day has its own line-up of classes, shared on the activities board in the lobby.

INSPIRING SPORTS

There’s no shortage of sports and physical activities at Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort. On land, the tennis courts are the places for not just games with balls and rackets, but also planned events. Football, volleyball and pétanque matches take place on the beach.

The crystal clear waters of the sea are a natural playground for adventurers. Kayaks, paddleboards and other equipment – free for all guests to borrow – offer opportunities for fun on the water.

Morning /Sunset bike tours are held every week for your healthy and balanced stay. If you’re a runner, the Welcome Desk has a jogging map outlining resort routes.

THE HUB & THE SQUARE

The Hub is a hot destination in the heart of the resort. Between the pool and the beach, this triangle is tailor-made for action. Early-morning HIIT classes, late-evening movies, dancing jets and lights, night market with street food… you never know what’s going to happen next at The Hub. Because Pullman keeps inventing new zones for playing.

At the westernmost edge of the resort, next to the Beach House, The Square is literally where the road ends and segues into the beach. We turned this space into a pop-up party place. THE POOL

A cool place to meet, connect and play. Enticing and carefree. The enormous free-form pool, lined with comfortable sunloungers and shaded by palm trees, is a favourite destination at Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort.

At the south end is a shallow section dedicated to little ones. The rest of the main swimming pool is designed for more grown-up relaxation. Wandering attendants make sure you have all the sunscreen, lip balm and other necessities you need. At Pullman, it’s easy to grab a chair, order a drink and chill out under the tropical sun.
